As a child, Daniel Borrero’s dream was to be self employed.  After graduating from the State University of New York at Brockport with a Bachelor of Science, he immediately began working towards his goal and opened his first business in September of 1985.  Since then, Daniel Borrero, Jr. has accumulated real estate in New York City, New Jersey, and Florida. He has managed the acquisition of over 2000 properties.

Daniel has become one of the industry’s leaders in negotiation skills while working with short sale negotiators, financial institution asset managers, brokers, developers, architects, and civil engineers. His vast experience includes the purchasing of real estate for long term acquisition of wealth, purchase of real estate for the resale market, and management of rental properties.

The real estate business is not an occupation to Daniel Borrero, but rather a passion he hopes to pass on to his four children.
